Our growth has been in response to the expressed needs of our communities and gaps in existing provision. Our intervention improves health and wellbeing outcomes, tackles issues of health inequalities, deprivation, and discrimination, and improves access to services through culturally sensitive support. We work strategically to ensuring the voice of our communities is heard in improving health and social care services.

Avante Care & Support is a not for profit organisation that cares for and supports over 1000 older people through registered nursing and dementia care homes, home care and wellbeing support services. We have been providing care and support for over 30 years and are proud of what we do. We have 10 specialist dementia and nursing care homes located across Kent, Bexley and Greenwich and we also provide home care and wellbeing support services across Bexley and Swale. Friendship Society provides a range of educational and leisure activities for children from Eastern European families in the Royal Borough of Greenwich, and London Boroughs of Bexley, Southwark and Newham. Friendship Society aim is to bring positive change in the lives of disadvantaged children and young people and promote community cohesion throughout out of school classes and rhythmic gymnastics. Our engagement aims to help children improve school attainment, improve their behaviour at school, and make friends in order to learn basic skills and develop their aspirations for their future. The main aim of Action Against Hunger is to save lives by combating hunger, disease, and those crises threatening the lives of the most vulnerable men, women and children. This includes to relieve poverty, deprivation, and distress throughout the world and to relieve hunger; whether chronic or temporary; by way of emergency intervention and/or establishing rehabilitation programmes. Action Against Hunger intervenes in the following situations: in natural or man-made disasters which threaten food security or result in famine; in situations of social/economic breakdown, linked to internal or external circumstances which place particular groups of people in extremely vulnerable positions; in situations where survival depends on humanitarian aid.

The Asian Centre for Advice and Learning (ACAL) provides Information & Advice in welfare matters, Domestic violence and other matters to Asian communities from Indian subcontinent in their native languages. The Asian Centre for Advice and Learning (ACAL) also acts as mediator in order to break the barriers towards labour market by updating their skills.

Meridian Sports and Social Club ethos is to provide facilities for local communities of all backgrounds.

We are a community centre on the Middle Park Estate which serves and supports local communities.

We offer a safe, friendly place for parents and children who live apart to spend time together. The centre facilitates and supports arrangements which parents have already agreed, often with the help of a conciliation service, solicitors or the courts. Neutral Ground Child Contact Centre provides parents a step in the right direction in making other arrangements to see their children.
