Social and Community Referral Platform

If you are a not-for-profit group or organisation this is your one-stop-shop to promote your activities, accept referrals from individuals, health care workers, key workers, and other professionals. It will also link you to information on other services, not just borough-wide but services in neighbouring boroughs. 

The Social and Community Referral Platform provides a host of benefits for your group / organisation including:

• Promoting the range of community services and activities in Greenwich
• Search tools to find services based upon health condition, support need, and/or location
• A Quality Assurance Framework to provide reassurance for people accessing services (and referrers in the future)
• Dealing with direct referrals
• Support Health and Social Care Teams in their work with residents
• Ability to upload and manage activities via an online account
• Build an evidence base of demand for services and activities to support a business case for future funding
