I have several years' experience in marketing, communications, and events management, having previously worked internationally within performing arts, specifically musical theatre. I graduated in 2015 with a first-class Bachelor of Arts in Musical Theatre from Blackpool and The Fylde College.
At METRO Charity I am the Communications and Events Coordinator. Through this role, I primarily lead on METRO's digital communications functions, which includes the organisation's social media, website, internal and external communications, press releases, and lead on many of METRO's core events. Additionally, I am the Lead LGBTQ+ Youth Worker for METRO Snap, a Bromley-based LGBTQ+ youth group for 16–25-year-olds.
Within METRO GAVS, I am the Communications and Network Support Officer. Through this role I manage METRO GAVS's social media, and support the Voice and Influence Programme Manager with event management and delivery, as well as marketing and communications for the different METRO GAVS projects, programmes, services, and activities.
