I am an active member in the community with experience working with other community groups and leaders. I currently run Kids Festival, a community group for children and families, and I have experience of the requirements, challenges / barriers experienced by community groups in funding, resourcing, and engagement with relevant stakeholders.
In my day job, I work as the Head of Transformation for an NHS organisation and have experience of working with various community and faith groups in strategic planning and partnerships and have relevant experience and skills from that work to contribute to this role. They include experiences in co-design, co-production, distilling language for appropriate audience.
